Some students bio-metric aadhar attendance is not being submitted from 17/12/2015 till today as the message displayed is 'AADHAR AUTHENTICATION IS FAILED'. Hence give necessary instructions. ?

Answer :

If they are not able to give their attendance(after trying with their 10 fingers) from 17th of this month , they need to update their finger prints with Aadhar server at Aadhar enrollment centers

When I try to fill-in the student details entry form, the details of the course/group of the student are not displayed in dropdown box. ?

Answer :
|
First, the details of all course and combination wise student details in the college are to be filled in the form of college details-> Update college info form. Then only the course and combination-wise details of students of the college will be displayed in dropdown box of the Add student form.

How to pay for multiple universities ?

Initially pay for one university and register. Then from your dash board complete payments for other universities else you will find an error saying that you are already registered.

When I try to fill-in the employee details in Add employee form, the details of the employee are not displayed in dropdown box. ?

Answer :

First, the details of all employees working in a college are to be filled in the form of college details-> Update college info form. Then only the details will be displayed in dropdown box of the Add employee form.

Our branches are not shown in the courses dropdown box of students entry form. ?

Please add those courses in the following service
Forms-->College Details-->View College ---> edit
click on ADD button in "Course Details to be added " section
